So after a long day or a bunch of work, or whatever the stress, how do you manage to take the load off? I like doing yoga sometimes It really helps to make myself more relaxed physically.

I sit on the couch, I go to my laptop and I listen to music. (:
Sometimes, and when I'm not too tired phisically, I go for a walk with my Ipod, in the park.

I go running with my friends,and go on laptop.

Getting online is my main source of relaxation. I will also talk to friends and that normally helps me a lot to.

Walking and sometimes using Photoshop.

Listen to music while laying down.
