The title of this thread is an old saying to encourage us to eat lots of fruits actually, I think, not only apples but various other fruits too, to keep ourselves healthy and far from strange diseases. Do you like to eat fruits? How often do you have them? Do you prefer them fresh or juiced? :)

I always eat fruits,I love them.My favorite fruit is Watermelon.I really don't mind what kind of fruit I have, juiced is good but fresh is even better.

I love fruit, me and my friend want to become the first fruititarians. I've heard that it's good to eat fruit before you eat a meal, because the acid breaks down the food already in your stomach.
I heard of a saying.... "An apple away will keep anyone away....if thrown hard enough". XD

I eat lots of salad and veggies but not as much fruit as i should, though i do drink a lot of fruit juices.

I don't eat much fruits so to say. I'm more a veggie person than fruits, LOL~ I'm trying to change it, though. Well, trying to eat more, or at least in juice form.

Me too, I love them, a must-have in any fridge from my perspective... XDDD

yes I eat tons of fruits and always carry a banana under my arm
