Do you think that Romney and his partner Ryan have what it takes to improve America in an efficient manner?
Even if you support another candidate, please discuss this matter.

If Romney ends up as president, I personally think he can make major changes. I'm voting for him.
What about you.

If you do not feel comfortable disclosing your personal beliefs about the current presidential candidates feel free to state facts on his experience and skill set without sharing/revealing your personal opinion.

Well I personally don't know much about this new candidate Romney but I will say this. Anyone is better than Obama. Obama hasn't done anything to this Country except leading us into more debt and the horrible RFID chip program. I believe Obama sold his soul to the devil. He throws up a lot of signs.

I don't either Romney or Obama. Yet, Romney is the worst out of the two candidates.

Romney will not release how much his taxes were, or how much he made.

Romney wants to raise taxes for the poor, what sense does that make?

He had proposed no ways to create jobs that are actually affective.

He wants to eliminate programs that help the poor.

He wants to cut scholarships. Not every family can afford college.

My mom sends me to catholic school, I'm in Grade 11.
From K-11 My mom has spent over 50,000 dollars for school that she could have used for anything, so I know she might not be able to do college.

This forum is mostly used by teenagers, this election will impact us as well.

Obama hasn't done much either, but he won't and hasn't made obvious choices that will destroy the middle class.

You have a good point there. I don't believe cutting Scholarships is a good idea either. Not helping the poor is a horrible idea! Mad

I don't believe Romney has what it takes.

He wants to taxes the middle class/poor people more and cut it for the rich people... (I think we should tax everyone equally or at least have the Rich taxed more as they can easily afford it.)

Holding teachers and schools accountable for students’ test scores. Romney also wants more federal money to reward states for “eliminating or reforming teacher tenure and establishing systems that focus on effectiveness in advancing student achievement.” In other words, Romney is willing to hand out money to states if they eliminate due process rights for teachers and if they pay more to teachers whose students get higher scores on standardized tests and get rid of teacher whose students do not

Teachers should not be accountable if the student is a slacker and has crappy scores or if the student struggles. I use to get really low scores on my standardized test and it wasn't my teachers fault that I struggled.. I did end up doing good my last few years in high school though.

Eliminating the need to limit class size. Romney apparently believes that class size does not matter (although presumably it mattered to him when he chose a school with small classes for his own children).

The class size does matter...I mean having 30 students is a lot to keep track of teaching them and than on top of that have individual teaching time when someone is struggling.

I think for some students, it matters what kind of teacher you have. I was really bad at Algebra when I was in Middle School because my teachers didn't explain it well. Now when I was a Freshman in HighSchool, I had a good Algebra teacher who really helped me in that class. I was able to maintain a B most of the time in his class.

I don't truly like them both either. I don't pay attention to politics very much, but what romney and his advertisements say is somewhat true.

I really don't like Obama, yet, it's obvious that Romney is not better than Obama.

i dont think so based on what ive herd romneys play is to make the poor suffer more, not only that but ill immediately cut the dream act which would help alot of kids out and benefit this country, but unfortunately romney does not see that.

id hate to see him win

although obama is not the best i still think we would be way better of with obama

I hope people put Ron Paul on their ballads because he actually had the best views in my opinion.

I do not like Romney one bit!
He wants to let people own guns, which will just add to more violence and death.
He wants to give to the rich and take from the poor.
He also does not want gay marriage, gay adoption and will allow people to be hurt and fired from a job for being gay.
He is disgusting, in my opinion.
