Do you guys think pain is a state of mind? Like if you just tell your mind that you're not in pain it'll go away ?

I don't think it would be that simple, but it may help. I know rarely some people are born without the feeling of pain... I saw a documentary once. It was a little girl who couldn't feel pain, and they actually told the girl she had to say ow at certain times because it would be strange if she didn't.
