I'm fat and i cannot run fast on football. Any tips for making a good diet and good exercise?

Here is my recipe for a strawberry-banana smoothie.
1. Full glass of milk for two people or a half glass for one person.
2. A whole banana.
3. Vanilla or two scoops of vanilla ice cream
4. 4 pieces of strawberry's.
