I'm fat and i cannot run fast on football. Any tips for making a good diet and good exercise?

Eating Kellogs Cereal will help you lose a few pounds in a week, maybe like 2 or 3.

You should do some push-ups and sit ups, add 5 each day.Try going for a jog. Eat healthy smoothies. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits !
Here is my recipe for a strawberry-banana smoothie.

1. Full glass of milk for two people or a half glass for one person.

2. A whole banana.

3. Vanilla or two scoops of vanilla ice cream

4. 4 pieces of strawberry's.

Yeah, you can also do jump rope.
That's pretty easy that anyone can do.

You can play Wii Fit, or some sort of game that can let you have fun, and exercise at the same time, like Kinect.

Great Advice from above for Remme.

The best way is never start a diet, you never keep it up. Change your lifestyle. I did about 12 years ago. My husband became ill.

We walk 30 minutes a day.
Exercise classes twice a week.
Eat healthily. Have the wrong food every now and again. Got to have fun.

The weight comes off and we are both healthy.
