Have any of you ever dissected an animal? Frogs..cats..birds etc. I've dissected a frog and a worm before for biology , it was GROSS.

i look forward to doing that this year

We fortunately only dissected a sheep's heart. If we were to dissect a real living animal, half our school would throw a protest

A bird in fifth grade, it was kind of fun and gross but, after that I refused to dissect anymore animals.

at my school of you take anatomy you dissect so many animals and alot of people throw up

I've dissected:
frog
cow's heart
sheep's eye
cat
pig

I did a frog once in middle school. I enjoyed doing it.

If you watch someone dissect a animal that is living. That's really horrible, it will leave you traumatized...

That is horrible! It's one thing to dissect it as it is dead but, a living one..... That is so not nice

WHY ARE YOU SO CRUEL TO ANIMALS!?!? Btw what school do you go to? *Wanting to burn it down (in lack of a better emoticon)

Never did a live animal, our was dead. If I remember right came from a farm where the animals were raised for the purpose of disection
