Over the years people have been having different interpretations of what Mermaids are how they look like. From a so sweet,innocent and pretty mermaid from the famous Disney Movie " The little mermaid " , to a frightening and deadly Harry Potter Mermaid

Over the years Sailors have been telling tales about these mystical creatures and they've been passed down for generations. While at the same time the stories have been slightly tweaked every time, so it's been hard to tell what's real from fake.

Until recently Animal Planet uploaded a video about Mermaids and how they found a body , well actually a little boy did a couple years ago.



So what are your thoughts? Are mermaids real or not? Is it possible?

I can't say I exactly believe in Mermaids but I believe in some sort of mystical creature similar to Mermaids. After all, people don't make this stuff up for nothing, people witness something first and that's where they get their ideas.

My vote is "Don't Know". There is no evidence pointing towards or against. Obviously, I would normally go towards the way the evidence points, however as there is no rock solid scientific evidence, we can't prove either way.

I added a third option "Not Sure". Hope no one minds.
I chose Not Sure, as... well it's kind of obvious why.
I am fascinated by cryptids, I find them so invigorating. The thought that an animal that hasn't been fully documented, it is just so fascinating!
I don't know if they exist, so I can't say I think they're fake or not.

For some reason my last message didn't send.
I think Mermaids are real to a extent.

I'd liek to view the' as real, hold onto or into that belief anyways...
