What do you think about people who date older men and or women? Should they date older men and or women or should they find someone their own age or at least closer to their age?

I tend to prefer older men, they are just hotter to me.. I'm not really into guys my age, I guess they just aren't built good enough for me. XD But it doesn't mean I wouldn't go out with one. But to be honest I don't know how I could get an older guy, I don't think any of them would be interested in me. But apparently there are older guys that are into younger guys.
But older I mean 30-40, heck my three biggest celebrity crushes are well into their late 30's to early 40's.

I prefer dating older but, I have dated a few years younger. I haven't dated anyone that much older but, I find actors in their early to late thirties attractive.

I think as long as the person is of age they should date whoever they love. I will find it weird though if a 20 year old is with a 90 year old.

If you love someone, it doesn't matter if they're bigger or smaller then you. Age is just a number.

I go with the personality of the person.

I prefer an older man myself. Not a great age difference though. My husband is 7 years older.

A lot of men and women like the younger men because it makes them feel young. In the end the main reason is if you love each other.

I guess when I really think about it. I don't really care.
I would date girls my age, an age younger, or older. As Joker said, I think it really comes down to personality. And looks.

I think it should matter, because of maybe or mayhap or perhaps the partner would abuse of the other?

^^That^^

I agree! It should matter, If anyone of you are Christen, then you should understand that god would not want you to date older or younger people.

My max is within 1 year younger. My current one is just a few days younger than me.

I have a uncle who married a woman 10 years older than him and both are Christen and they happily love each other.

I feel there shouldn't be too much of a age difference but so long as the people love each other who cares?

I am sure there are people in the bible who married someone older than them. I don't think God would cast a stone for someone falling in love with someone older than them.

I mean as long as the people involved are both above the age of consent, I don't think age should really matter.

If i don't know the person, i don't really care what they do. But i had a few that i knew, and i did as well give my opinion to them about it.

They should date or be with people at their own age in my opinion, but again - it doesn't matter saying it ;-) they'd do it anyways.

If a teenager is going out with a 30 year old then something isn't right as the 30 year old is most likely using the teenager for something.

Age shouldn't matter, not matter what religion you are. As long as they aren't using you, and the two are in love.
In fact, in ancient times. It was normal for a 30 year old guy to get with a 15 year old. So, it's good that the times are changing. But some values don't change, so if a god is around, they may not have a problem; since it's something that used to happen all of the time.

I don't believe 8 is too many.. I mean maybe 10+ years is but, I know people who have been married for along time and are 8 years apart. They got married a long time ago though.

Oh, This is probably one of the most controversial topics.
Personally age should matter.Espically when it's with young people.

A 14 year old dating a 18 year old- Illegal
15 year old dating 19= illegal
16 dating-20 illegal.

Also, teenagers dating older guys/girls might not be ready for what the older teens want. Sex, drugs, etc.

When It Comes To older people, I think we should step back and think.

Most younger people who date older people are there to use them.
Older people are usually lonely and feel like they need someone and are often times hor*y. Older people may also have money.
Young people might not be in it for love, but just for those reasons I listed above.
