I'm pretty sure everyone has acne, how do you people here deal with it?

Proactive or some other acne medicine you see on TV

I don't have acne. I used to get a lot of pimples because my hair was covering my forhead, but not anymore. I wash my face daily now and there's hardly any pimples.

I really don't have acne but a friend once told me he was using A.C. Care Cure Serum for his acne problem.

It worked :)

If you dont have acne, and dont want it just wash your face every morning, and night if you want

I don't really get acne but, if I get one or two I just use Oxy pads.

I got a bit of a problem picking it, which doesn't help getting rid of it.

But I hope it stops appearing on my face sooner or later.

I will usually use the face medication my Doctor gave me.

I have my on and off days! I usually just wash my face with soap every night, it works very well.

Question... Does chocolate have anything to do with acne? Some people say yes but in my personal opinion... I don't know.

it's debated, but in the end people says food has no effect.

I think it is just a myth but, I don't really like chocolate so, I wouldn't know..

I also heard that leaving make-up on over night can cause acne to but, I have left it on before and it didn't do anything. Granted that wasn't constant and happened when I had late night at school.

Well I only pop them if I am in a public place, and can't worry about the aftereffects of that, but just need to get rid of the white head fast.

However, I usually use some creams if it gets bad. Luckily though, I hardly ever get acne anymore so I usually don't put anything on my face acne related :)

Also, try avoiding fast food.
