1 Lifting weights on Sat Sep 15, 2012 11:12 pm

A lot of people lift weights to get in shape. For one it is a great way to burn calories, and get stronger.

However, I personally think it is boring! I would rather play a sport or do an activity. What do you think is the best way to get in shape, for YOU personally?

Best way to stay in shape is by running 3 miles every day.
I agree, lifting weights is boring but if you have other people to keep you company and you're listening to music while lifting, it's not so boring hamster

I like sports and dancing... Also I enjoy a long walk with my music to get my head straight and think about things.
