I've seen afew dubs by 4Kids and they seem to completely distort the original anime along with hearing that they actually take more teenage/adult themed anime and decide to broadcast them to children after heavy censorship.

This more or less goes over many aspects of why they're so bad especially, the One Piece fiasco.

What are your thoughts on 4Kids Entertainment?

I really don't mind, never really payed much attention to this and hardly even noticed it. But it was a jerk move to remix something and then air it as their own.. I love how he keeps saying kid shows but yet that guy is holding a cigarette and Jessie or James is a pointing a gun . Lol at the end.

The worst move was probably One Piece, it's not actually intended for children. Teenagers, maybe.
4Kids got so much of hate over the one piece fiasco from enraged fans which more or less destroyed their reputation.

Yu-gi-oh was an example where people threatened people by pointing fingers at them while they used guns in the original japanese one.
Pointy fingers aren't particularly intimidating while a gun is.

I had no problem with them until I realized all of the harm they had done with their changes! I really liked the voice actors for One Piece, and I was shocked when I found out so many things they took out. I'm actually going to re-start One Piece with either the manga or the sub. They actually skipped a whole arc! It would however be cool if Funimation (Who took over), would re-do 4kids mistake and just start the parts they didn't do, that 4kids did.
As much as I love dubs, if it's by 4kids... I will stick with the subs! XD

Most of the time, I find their voice actors to be pretty bad especially, when compared to the original voice actors.

I don't have problem with the subs if I'm watching something that hasn't been released yet in English or USA. But if it has, I wouldn't watch the subbed version.

That's a shame since a lot of dubs have a lot of pretty bad voice actors.

I'm sure 4Kids can be bought out and begin airing TV-MA related content. That's probably the only way that any anime aired on 4Kids will remain good.
