I took a look at the 3DS and it seems to have a significantly more powerful processor along with 3D capabilities (obviously) in comparison to the more traditional DS devices.

What are your thoughts on it over the traditional DS or in comparison to other handheld devices?

Well I dislike the fact that took the Alarm clock feature off the 3DS, and the screen color changer. That was awesome in my opinion. The alarm clock really came in handy.. but unfortunately for me, I sold both of my DS's for a 3DS and Kid Icarus Uprising.

I'm also not a big fan of the 3D feature... some things look 3D I admit, but now all of them.

On the plus side! The 3DS has a big top screen! Perfect for watching netflix

I'd love to get a 3DS, definitely on my list.
