I'm not really sure anymore but I think it's Harvest Moon: Back to Nature for PS1. Before that I only played a bit while with Mom, so that's the first game I played all by myself. :)

I'm not really sure because I was very young, It may have been Golden Axe, Altered Beast, Bearnstein Bears or Tiny Toons Adventure.
