What does the Coming of age mean to you guys?

I think it means when someone becomes more responsible and mature, but I could be wrong.

I think Coming of Age means when you transition from a kid to a teenager/adult. Most of the movies that I have watched that are considered Coming of Age shows the person going through a major change and how they deal with it and shows how they have matured .

when it means there ready to face the crap the world gives with no further need of parent backing. That's what I think it means.

Coming of age to me is just a number. Some people are mature at 16 others 21 or older like me.

When you can support yourself and have an open mind on things and ready for the future and boy that can be a struggle.

When I was 21 I thought I knew it all. My parents knew nothing. I am retired now and as I look back my parents had experience they were wise and I laugh at how little I did know and you know what I am still learning.

To me coming of age is listening and learning. I wish you all a good future and good luck when you believe you have come of age.
